Warma UK Welcomes Nigel Mathias as New Customer Success Manager

Warma UK, a leading provider of grant funded solar, heating and insulation upgrades, has announced the appointment of Nigel Mathias as their new Customer Success Manager.

Nigel Mathias joins Warma UK with a wealth of experience in customer relations and a passion for environmental sustainability. In his new role, Mathias will oversee the satisfaction of all customers benefiting from heating, insulation, and solar upgrades funded through ECO4 and Local Authority grants.

“At Warma UK, customer satisfaction and getting the most out of the upgrades we install has always been our priority,” said CEO Emma Garner. “We are thrilled to welcome Nigel Mathias to our team to further strengthen our commitment to excellence and ensure all customer’s expectations are not only met but exceeded.”

Warma UK has earned a stellar reputation for its track record of delivering customer focused grant funded heating, insulation, and solar upgrades. Nigel’s appointment further reinforces the company’s unwavering dedication to maintaining this standard of excellence.

Warma UK has always distanced itself from other firms offering grant funded energy upgrades by prioritising transparency, quality craftsmanship, and accountability in an industry where quality and reliability can vary.

Operating since 2016, Warma UK has established itself as a one stop shop for all measures available under ECO4 and other grant funded energy and heating schemes, streamlining the process for its customers and taking responsibility for every measure including solar, heating and insulation.

This dedication has earned Warma UK partnerships with Local Authorities throughout the UK as well as national energy companies to administer and install their grant funded upgrades to customers.

Most recently the company took its commitment to accountability one step further and opened the doors to its first shop.

Opening in Brecon, Mid Wales, Warma UK believe the shop will help build trust with customers helping them to learn more about the grant schemes available by speaking to advisors face to face and see all the new heating and energy generation equipment such as solar energy systems and air source heat pumps in person and ask any questions they may have.

Nigel said of his appointment: “We understand that customers have choices when it comes to grant funded energy upgrades.

“By prioritising trust, accountability, quality craftmanship and customer satisfaction, we will set the standard for grant funded energy and heating upgrades and ensure that every Warma UK customer benefits from the measures available under the grant schemes.”
